Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions.
Recovery fee: when our recovery agent closes an otherwise-lost sale, Pro and Business plans are charged 5% of the recovered amount, capped per recovery (US$50 / A$75 / R$250) and always billed in the recovered order's own currency — never converted. If a recovered order is fully refunded or charged back, the fee is reversed: unbilled fees are voided and already-billed fees are credited back on your next invoice in the fee's own currency. Partial refunds do not reverse the fee.
You agree not to:
All content and technology on Freely is owned by or licensed to us.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and process it.
Your use of Freely is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.
You may close your account at any time through account settings.
Freely is not liable for:
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
